Working hours

We are a small family run business, so our hours are very flexible! We generally work between 10:00 - 23:00 from Monday to Saturday, but if you desperately need your order outside of these hours feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate your request (even on Sundays)!


Shipping and deliveries


We have multiple delivery options available:

  • Standard deliveries are only available from monday to saturday
  • If you order with the 5 GEL delivery on the website, then we will automatically organize a next-day delivery to you with a third party courier (inside Tbilisi, except Sundays).
  • If you are in another region of Georgia, you will need to pay 8.5 GEL and we will ship to you within 2 - 3 days with a third party courier.
  • You can request to meet us in person for free and if we are available we will meet you at 300 Aragveli metro station. 

*Please give us at least 30 mins to prepare your package and make sure you have heard back from us before you come!

  • If you are in a rush but can't make it to us, you can get in touch and organize a taxi delivery to our address, you will need to pay for this yourself and again, please be sure to have heard back from us before you send the taxi!

Product details

  • We only sell fresh stock!!! Unless stated anywhere on the product itself, then our films are all fresh and in date.
  • All of our films are hand rolled ourselves except for the Kodak and Fuji branded films. Being hand rolled there can be a difference in frame count from roll to roll but we always aim to add more frames than the standard 36 exposures to counteract any film lost at the beginning of the rolling process.
  • All of our cameras are tested for every function, they will all have a dummy roll of film loaded into them and shot to test this. They will all be cleaned up to the best of our abilities and packaged securely for you. If there are any issues with the camera, it will be stated on the product page.
  • Some cameras with minor issues will be sold for a discount price but all issues will be noted. Returns are not accepted on these cameras.

Where are we located?

We are a family run online only store based in Tbilisi, Georgia, as of now we have no physical shop for you to visit, but if you are curious about anything and you are willing to meet us, we will happily meet you!

 

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

You can amend any order that has not already been sent with a courier! Our courier service normally picks up our deliveries by 10am, so be sure to get in touch before then!


Return policies

- We offer a 7 day return policy on all cameras.

  • In order to have an item returned, it will be your responsibility to send it to us, delivery fees are not refunded. 
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in with all the packaging. 
  • Before sending our cameras, you will receive a video showing that it has left us in working condition. 
  • When we receive the camera we will check its condition and send a refund if applicable. 
  • In the case of light leaks in most cases we can repair this for you.
  • If you choose to have a camera sent with taxi delivery (Yandex, Bolt etc.) this will void any refund options! Regrettably, we have had just too much stock damaged or broken through taxi deliveries to support this option, so only use it at your own risk.

- Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of film, we do not accept returns on any of our films.
